i believe its $260+ a year... but i dont know maybe this free offer is for previous lexus owners? i never got an email similar to yours and when i checked my lexus enform account it has a valid only date

Only the App Suite is free. Which you could get as a stand alone service for $7/month. All 2014 IS owners should be getting the free app suite.
