Default Stitch on leather steering wheel cover

Has anyone seen or tried one of these? Seems like a cheap alternative to the flat bottom sport steering wheel. Not sure if it would look or feel cheap.

Once wrapped on, you have to actually sew the cover on tight.

This is genius! I've never seen anything like this. BTW, my new steering wheel arrived today at the office.

Stuff like that had been around for years for other vehicles. The trick is sewing it on tightly enough. Otherwise there's a gap and it doesn't look right and begins to look horrible. It's not a bad price if you want to check it out you won't be loosing a lot of money.

I ordered one with white stitching. It's gonna take three to four weeks to get it. They have a $3 coupon so I paid $28.90 Hoping it works on the flat bottom steering wheel if not I will put it on my oem wheel. I will post pic's and comment on quality when I get it.

Howd you order one with white stitching? I couldn't find it in the seller's store.

I sent them a message asking if they had different colors for stitching. They said "Black + White line, Black + Black line and Black + Red line" so they have White, Black and Red stitching. Just make a note of which color you want for the stitching (line) when you make the order. Looks like their sale is going to end in 40 min. Regular price is $58

I just emailed them. Seems the sale is still on for a day. As some have suggested it may very well look like poo but I figure for 30 bucks its worth a gamble.

It's hard to tell how nice this could be. I have seen lots of others online but none of them looked as snug and fit as this one, they looked more generic and less vehicle specific.

Looking forward to one of you buying it and posting results haha.

I don't understand. You cover your leather steering wheel with a leather cover?

Some people use it to protect the leather on the original steering wheel.
