Find a good, used one from a parts yard or online in your area. Simple fix really.

Now the question on everyone's mind...how did you break it?

Part number is 35975-53020, should be available from a local Lexus parts supplier (if there are any in your area), alternatively you can probably order it online. That specific part is the same between RHD and LHD so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

This part is for 2010-2014 IS models (250, 350, F) only, and it will not fit the original poster's 2006 model nor my 2008. Any idea what the part number is for 2006-2010 models?

Also, I was merely wiping the dust off of mine, when I punched through it. It had become very brittle. Eventually, the shifter went right through the plastic, and I was unable to shift gears until I pulled all of the individual pieces out. Even though Lexus had replaced my dash and door panels out of warranty, they refused to replace this piece. I think it just became brittle over time from sun exposure.

Despite only being sold separately for 2011+ models (08/2010 production+), it should fit all 2006-2013 IS250/350, 2008-2014 IS F and 2010-2015 IS250C/350C.

The part that this fits into, and is sold with, is the same for older models and the newer ones which they sell the part for.

Default Thanks

Thanks, Jeff. I'm glad to know it will fit my 2008 IS250.
