IS250 Squeaky Driver Seat + TSB
ok, so I noticed my seat was making all kind of noises, and not just the leather squeaking noises. So I decided to take a look, and maybe to perform the TSB for the seat. To my surprise, two of the four bolts were loose...WTH!!! They were the two close to the console, the front looked as if it was never tightened, the back was a bit loose.
Performing the TSB NV001-06 on the outside rail in simple, you just tilt the seat on the side and cut that pin. I did not perform it on the rail close to the console because you have to disconnect the electrical wires and take the seat out but tightening the seat well should take care of it.
I hope this helps others with similar problem, I have attached the TSB as well.
Time to open the passenger side to take a look....

My front seats were squeaky as well so I performed the TSB(NV001-06) but it didn't solve the problem. I could still hear squeaks when moving left or right while sitting. I took the seat out and investigated by poking the specific areas just to confirm. After tearing down the back leather skin I discovered the inner seat foam was rubbing against the inner seat frame. This drove me CRAZY!
To solve this I cut out a piece of foam absorber and tightly placed it in between the foam and frame so that it wouldn't fall out. I checked if the squeak noise persisted by poking at the affected areas then BAM! NO MORE SQUEAK!
I got the idea from this

To protect your car from scratches layout towels on the driver side front and rear door sills. Also, after your remove the seat tape the seat tracks with masking tape since the edges are sharp.
To remove the seat move it all the way back then take out the bolts.
This is where you will need another helper.
Have one person just outside the rear door and one inside the backseat.
Push the upper back seat out of the rear door while lifting up the seat.
Carefully and slowly wiggle the seat out of the rear door.
It's like moving a desk into a small room but you have to toggle with it until it finally fits through...
