Lx Mode upper and lower grilles painted body color to match. Carson Toyota/L-Tuned.

I want to black out my grill but I would like to check out what other people have done. No more Crome!! I looked at the eBay grills but I don't want something cheap and they need to match upper and lower. Has anyone use the ebay grill?I saw that some people had mentioned F-Sport grills. Will an ISF grill fit in my 07 IS?

Took my car apart this weekend and painted everything, grill, grill surround, lower grill, headlights and fogs.

i just got lx mode style bottom grill, but its chrome, Anyone know the best way to remove the chrome , i want to paint it black to match my upper grill. I dont want to sand all of it off, its got to many little nucks and crannies.

you could have someone glass bead it. Its like sandblasting but not as aggressive. I sanded mine with a scotch bright pad.

Thanks, sanding the big pieces are easy, but its the little corners, i guess i could try the pad

Plastidipped mine over the weekend, did the rear emblems also. It's a great inexpensive mod.
