Hi Guys and Gals,

Will....gone ahead and ordered the GFX front lip and sides ground effects from Sewell. I'm wondering what REAR ground effect would look nice. I don't care for the Rear GFX very much. I have the Tanabe exhaust which have a larger diamiter tips than stock. Any suggestions???? I'm leaning towards the JP Vizage rear or the WINGS rear from VIS racing. Thanks for your time and imputs-it's greatly appreciated.

 

i think the vertex rear lip would flow nicely with the gfx kit....your prollly the first person i know that didnt like the gfx rear, usually everyone goes with the rear but gets a different front lip and sides.

 

i would just stick with the gfx rear because the gfx front and sides are very subtle. if you get anything else, it'll be too aggressive looking in the rear. next closest thing to a subtle look is the vertex.

 

What about the Fabulous canards?

 

You could do the Fab canards ( I have a replica set for sale/new). The Tanabe tips will still fit in the GFX rear. The GFX rear has a bigger opening than the Vertex. Both are clean and you probably wouldn't want to go with the two you mentioned because it is aggressive. The other brand is a replica of the JP Vizage. This IS has a Vertex rear. Almost completely surrounds the exhaust tip.

Thanks guys for the great inputs and pics. I like the VERTEX rear lip with the opening between the exhaust tips. Desissions.....Desissions. Need to do some more thinking of this

i have the similar setup gfx front, oem sides, and vizage rear but with hks hi power exhaust

 

Just to clarify, the first two white cars have the Vertex rear. The first has the entire rear lip painted. The second painted his center black. Looks like a big opening, but isn't. Good luck. Vertex will be WAY more expensive compared to the rear lip from Sewell Lexus for example.

If you decided to get Vertex (will not come painted), be ready to spend more on the kit itself and find a good body shop to color matched
