Sweet!! I know mine is a dog in Colorado Springs... Even the Lexus dealer admitted they don't run well. I am thinking of getting a better air intake just to get back to stock performance!
I ran 7 times, all with TRAC off (pedal dance), in "D" only, power braked up to about 1500, and just floored it...was struggling to get a reaction time under .300. Made my buddies 2005 C6 Vette look weak all day, never lost...was told that all the heat and humidity added about .40 or .50 to your time...
I corrected your time based on the data you provided plus an average atmospheric pressure of approximately 30 inches Hg and a relative humidity of 17 (current relative humidity in denver colorado, I made a quick and dirty assumption that the relative humidity during your track day fell roughly around 17). Here is the equivalent -

Humidity and temperature killed your time, here is your equivalent at sea level -

Correct me if Im wrong, but didn't I read somewhere (manual or otherwise) that revving the engine while in drive with the brake on can be detrimental to our transmissions?

2-3 seconds of preloading while on the brake at low RPMs is a non-issue

Interesting... well I feel like if I would have done that, and had some momentum going before releasing the brake, I could have possibly knocked off 2-3 tenths of a second...
