im having the damnedest time with this in my car. not really a problem...but rather a really big annoyance. let me bullet point...

• when playing from my 'music'...it automatically reverts to a playlist. even to the point of me having to make several attempts to play the song/album i would like to hear
• i listen to a lot of sports talk on the TuneIn radio app. some stations have ads before the stream starts. when the ad is over, the ML+ reverts back to the playlist forcing me to push 'play' to listen to the desired stream
• i am unable to play any youtube videos, or anything streamed from Safari for that matter. it will start, play for a sec, and then revert back to the playlist
• lastly, when a call comes in on the phone (which is connected via bluetooth, as well) i answer the call and, you guessed it, the playlist is also playing in the background. and this is AFTER it has paused the TuneIn stream for the call.

i've gotten in touch with VAIS and they've never heard tell of such witchcraft. just wanted to see if i was the only one having such issues. i may just need to get a pdf of the directions and see if im actually doing something wrong.

guess i need to just cop the ivic5....

 

i can't say if it's related but this person also has problem with his ml+ and iphone with ios7 (not sure if it's iphone 5)

i have never done ml+ with iphone5 before (all 4 or 4s), i do run ivic-5i now with my 5s and they work very well

I've paired and used all iPhones and iOS versions to date with an 08 and 12 ISF, no problems making or receiving calls, no problems using the iphone as music source, whether it is using a USB cable or BT. With so many songs on my phone I have never used TuneIn Radio or any app other than Music, is the ML+ certified for other apps?

 

2012 / ML / iphone 5s / latest ios7 update... no problems.

i use the free Spotify and Pandora which have advertising, and it's never reverted to a playlist after the ads finish.

 

Tried several iPhones with IOS 7 and all of the had the same problem mentioned above, after contacting VAIS for monthes they seem not to admitte the problem is a fact..
