Nitrous installed in my Lexus ISF
for Nitrous Oxide System info (N.O.S.), Visit the Holley website: http://www.holley.com/index.asp?division=NOS
As you guys might know, i have had this Nitrous kit from Holley for about 5 months (or more). I have been real nervous about installing it since my car is upwards of 65 Racks.....and messing with a motor in a car like mine is scary. I decided to take it to my boys at Gearhead Garage and see if they were interested in taking the job on. They said HELL YA!
So long story short, i am here and today is the day. I will be documenting the whole install from here. When done, hopefully in the next week or so, probably after Autorama, i will get up on a Dyno and get some numbers. Am i a crazy race-freak? Nope, not at all. This is my first FAST car, all previous cars were STEREO first, performance second LOL. I just want it to be there when i need it and possibly some 1/4 mile fun this summer. Its just cool to say "my ISF has Nitrous"...that is the best part LOL. I think we are going to do a 75 shot since the ECU cannot be tuned yet. Nobody has cracked it. I think i can go bigger, at least 100 (from what i read), but i am going to play it safe, enjoy it, and not hurt my car in the process.

actually, 2 video's tomorrow. The test run and then i will be hitting the dyno at around 1pm....you know i will film that
It runs great though, just as good as ever. It can be shut off with the master switch so i only will engage it when i really want it on. When not, its just like its not even in the car. we ended up doing just a 75 shot for now. When its up on the Dyno, my tech will keep an eye on whats coming out of the tail pipe and determine if we can get away with a 100.
Sucks we cant tune though!! leaves us very limited. Its ok though, its just for fun, and a little extra pull

Steve, Lookin killer as usual! I hope your real chummy with the service adviser cause it is a clean install but is quite noticeable and im still waiting for that fosgate install. Tail lights look darkened but not glossy like night shades just sprayed on?
