All the colors are great when the calipers are clean, but if you're running anything like a track pad, the calipers will be black in no time. The wife's GS F came with orange calipers, but they're only rarely actually clean. Even the ceramic pads I have on it now cough up enough dust to make them not bright pretty quickly.

That's the whole reason I balk at repainting my calipers anything but black.

Any tips / tricks I should know prior to getting this job done? Prep wise coat wise clear wise any tips greatly appreciated!!!

Welp ended up going with burnt copper and NO REGRETS! Love it and I get a lot of compliments. Took me 5 hours total to remove old paint + new paint. Still need to put on the decal, anyone know where I can get reflective brembo decals? 👀

replaced all 4 brake pads and rotors while I was at it too went with the OEM brembos
