2008 ISF dead
I haven't driven so much for a while because of the pandemic so after 2 weeks of the car sitting I tried to start it. The car was completely dead not even the tick tick tick from the solenoid. Not a hint from the headlights. So I attached my trusty battery charger and it pegs at 10 amps for about 6 seconds and then the overheat trips it to 0 and after 10 seconds or so the battery charger tries again to charge with 10 amps for 6 sec or so and trips and this repeats. It seems like something is on and drained the battery and my battery charger isn't strong enough to power it. Before you ask, I am absolutely certain I didn't reverse the red and black of the battery charger. And the battery charger is good because I just charged my 89 Toyota with it.

If you can get the battery out, I would take it to Autozone or Pep Boys or Advance Auto and have it tested. In all likelihood the plates are sulfated and shorted out completely. I wouldn't even bother trying to recover it, I'd buy a new battery and move on.
