Christmas Regrets
I sold my is-f for a gtr and am happy with my decision. I love the is-f and miss being able to do a burnout, but, the gtr is such a big step up in performance that it made my decision to sell an easy one to live with. I don't regret my decision and would never go back to be honest...unless Lexus made a new is-f..then I would consider it of course. If you can have both cars(gtr/isf)its a win win!

I'm never planning on selling my IS-F, such a great all balanced daily driver.
Funny, I have been looking at picking up a RC-F Track Edition for a nice weather car....but after seeing this post maybe I should just go Porsche and be done with it.

I love coupes personally, and I plan to get another one in another decade, when I won't need the extra room

The RC F "Track Edition" is a good OEM modified F

Yeah, people definitely need to do their homework when buying one. So many of them have been abused or have not had regular maintenance which is absolutely necessary. I personally know a handful of people that have had 0 issues and I have had mine for over 4 years with 0 issues. I'm kind of surprised that the car has been just as bulletproof as my ISF was, Granted, I am only lightly modified which is about 550 whp/wtq for 3 out of the 4+ years ive owned it.

Maybe that'll return once I swap out the headers for Novel and do the gt haus titanium mid pipe, both are here just waiting for install !
THIS. It describes the car perfectly. I have yet to see an honest objective person accurately describe what’s it like to drive the ISF
no other car is one with driver like the ISF is. It’s like it’s simply an extension of you. That’s a hugely rare accomplishment in a car.

I had it for 3 years, so it's mainly just me missing a great car with great memories and trips. It's funny but I bought the 08 in silver because it was a cheap color but I always wanted white on red(which I now have). Looking back, the silver is my favorite color because it shows the body lines so well. My 08 had the cool headlight washers, and I think the early cluster looked cooler, plus it was more fun to say you got beat by a 12 year old car, rather than an 8 year old one lol.
