Need help passing safety inspection for registration
Just got my safety inspection done for a 2008 Lexus ISF in my province (Saskatchewan, Canada) and it needs some work. Just a couple questions...
(1) The car came with VLAND aftermarket headlights (the one that looks more like the current Lexus headlight style) and according to the garage that did the inspection, the front end of my car must have parking lights that are amber. Now my question to you guys/girls, can the VLAND headlights show amber color lights when the car is parked? And if so how do I go about doing that? If not, do our OEM headlights even display some sort of amber on the headlights? I would prefer to find some way to make the VLAND display amber, as I do not wanna buy the OEM only to sell them...
(2) The car was previously lowered to the point where it rubbed and it destroyed the front driver inner fender liner and I would need to buy a new one, my question is, can I buy a front driver inner fender liner for a non ISF Lexus or do I have to buy one specifically for a 2008 Lexus ISF?
(3) For some reason, both my rear brake rotors are no longer good and would need replacing, my question is; currently it looks like I am running the OEM brembo rotors, do I also have to run the OEM brembo rotors or can I upgrade to something like a stoptech rotor in the rear and still run the brembos up front? Also I have seen a huge price difference on the OEM brembo rotors here in Canda, what do they usually go for new?
That is all the questions I have for now...
Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear from you guys/girls.

To the OP - I don't know if the VLand headlights can be changed - Maybe some else can chime in.
2. I believe the fender liner from a second generation IS of any model will work just fine.
3. Any third party rotor specifically labeled for the ISF should work fine. As an aside, the rear rotors from an RCF or GSF will fit an ISF. I hade third party sllotted rotors on my ISF.
And welcome to the forum, lots of GREAT information here and lots of GREAT folks to share it with.
