Default Isf shifting problem

So yesterday night I noticed my car jerked hard when shift from 2nd to 3rd in manual mode i replicated this a few times just to assure myself it wasn't a fluke also let off the gas befor shifting, then held the gas while shifting up and still a hard jerk of the car. Shifting Down it shifts perfect. also a slight jerk in auto mode but not as bad. in town going slow the car would skip from 2nd right to 4th if I was taking a Corner while breaking, going really slow like driving through a parking lot slow. Before hand i always let the car warm up for 30 to 45 mins before driving and always the the first 3 shifts would seem to slip in the morning. But after that it was smooth shifting. If I shifted between gears while parked it's almost like the solenoids would build pressure and it wouldnt have that slip/ jerking motion on first drive. if I left the house in manual mode it shifted perfect. Does any one have any insight to what could be happening?

Idling a car for 30-40 minutes won’t really warm up the transmission. It’s winter and even with 40-50 degrees I can leave for work in the AM and not warm up the transmission driving 20 minutes to work. I think you may need more driving time before you can see if it’s an issue or not.

How well do you know the shop? If they left it low by not checking / setting the level properly it may account for some of the strangeness. That aside, I would advise you to start it and drive it as 30" of idle is harmful to the engine, does no good for the charging system which speaking of; if the voltage is unstable from a weak battery this too could induce odd behavior.
