For people with this setup, or any of the things listed here, how much did it effect the reliability and fuel economy of the car? I'm getting ideas for the future but don't want to sacrifice anything, as the car is my daily driver.

It's cheesy, but a friend of mine once told me having a car like this is all about Smiles per gallon. I admit I purchased my ISF as my summer daily and was hoping to get better mileage than my lifted tacoma running 33s... wishful thinking Haha.

Having said that, I'm interested in the reliability and mpg effects as well.

When I went from stock to JoeZ, my mpg when from 24ish to 28ish on the highway (whenever I can keep my foot out of it, lol). When I added headers (Sikky V2), it went up again to 29ish! Free flowing exhaust works wonders! Granted, I lowered the car first, which did improve mpg as well. It is, however, extremely hard to keep my foot out of it with the added noise....so high 20s mog wise are rarely seen, but CAN exist.
***Not sure how my exhaust/headers compare to what the guys are talking about above****

So question to those who bought the power upgrade kit

Did the PPE Headers ship separately?

I recieved I believed (havent gone thru the whole box) everything but the headers, the only track number I got is specific to that box.

I'm concerned because FedEx decided to forge my signature (no one was home the the time) and left my shipment at my doorstep. Lucky my pops got home and called me.

But any who, just wondering how yall recieved everything.

Default Question

So this is where i planned on installing the GESI Cats. But clearly the AF sensor is in the way.

So would it make sense to relocate them further back so it can be
(Header][flange/Cat] (AF)
If so do the sensor have enough slack on them? I guess is the real question here.

If it is possible I'm guessing best thing to do would be to replace the sensor fittings with new ones, just wondering which sensor fittings I should get. I see all on summit racing are 18x1.5 weld in bung fittings. So guessing that's the standard?

Any help or pictures from those who added cats would be appreciated.

Those are the oxygen sensors and are you planning to keep your stock exhaust?

Are you adding the cats because of the smell? If so, why don't you try the headers with the secondary cats in the stock exhaust to see if they're enough for you?

Smell and noise, I live in L.A. and I already have the cats.

Decatted Headers don't increase the noise much but since you already have the cats. The sensor wire has some slack and it might work if you don't move the sensors too far back. I don't believe many have welded cats to the stock exhaust so finding a pic will be difficult. Cats are usually welded where you're planning to weld yours on an aftermarket exhaust.

I have this package on my 11' F.
It changes the car in ways and think it's worth every penny.

It's my daily driver, and don't think it hurts mpg as much.
I've installed them couple months ago, and put almost 1500 miles in between. Haven't noticed any sort of reliability issues.
I never heard any issues from fellow owners with this package yet.

Do enjoy!

I essentially have the package and there was no material impact to fuel economy. But lots more fun to drive!
