I just talked to an SA at my Lexus dealership. He said that the program has been over for a year now. I mentioned that Lexus just started to cover the ISF starting Oct 1st. He said he hasn’t heard anything about it.

is there anything specific we have to say?

I was a little confused buy which vins are covered but at the same time it seems like all ISFs are covered no?

Or does it just depend on your dealership and SA?

is there a list or range if vins?

Seems like all ISFs as long as your car actually exhibits the problem currently. Pretty sure the only ISF owners who have been turned away legitimately were those who's panels still looked good.

Anyone saying the program already ended is thinking of a different program. This one is new(er) and lasts for quite a bit longer ("March 31, 2021" according to my letter) .

I agree. I called two dealerships today and they confirmed this. They will take pictures and send to Lexus corporate. If they deny, you can still appeal to the service manager.

One shop said they have never seen a claim denied.

Worth pursuing if you think you have this issue.

I had all my door panels and dash replaced over the summer. I waited 2 months for them to all come in. I say that's pretty fast and they too also said all IS-Fs are till 2021 for this issue.

I don't have documentation but I seem to recall reading rebult titles are ineligible - which would make sense. So basically just a normal title will qualify. Best way to check would be to call a few dealerships to get the facts.

Default Catalyst Spray paint repair

I posted my repairs on another post. I sprayed 3 of my panels with this product. Then went over with SEM’s satin trim black. Knock on wood three are still perfect after 7 month. One with only trim black is turning.
Appears the catalyst Has locked down the chemical reaction in these panels.
Dealer denied my replacement.

I'll most likely be calling my Local dealership soon. I waited 9 months for all the new panels to come in as they are the white stitched Neiman Marcus ones, which took longer. This is what my front driver side panel looks like after six months. I don't know what could be causing this as I never grab that part of the panel and I'm careful when I take off my seat belt. The front passenger panel is showing signs of the same thing but not as bad as there's almost never anyone else in the car.

According to the letter I received, this campaign ends on March 31st, 2021.
Anyone with recommendation for friendly dealership in SoCal? Mine look pretty good, but still hoping to still get them replaced.
