Talking Aftermarket Headlight Recomendations

I have a 2008 lexus ISF. So I noticed that my driver's side headlamp has condensation. The way I used to resolve this is I would take the back cover out and leave the car out in the sun and it would evaporate. But now I'm thinking of a back up plan and my aftermarket warranty does not cover the headlamps. Oems cost upwards to $1,000.

Any suggestions on more cost effective options for headlamps? Closest to stock is better but if there are headlamps that look great I wouldn't mind installing those as well.

I can always google "Lexus ISF Headlamps" but wanted feedback from people who have actually used them and what their experience have been.

Thanks again guys.

You can find the 08-10 style HID used on forums for like $300-500 for the pair, or a modded set for $800-1500. The 11+ are usually $1200+.
Otherwise try silicone packets overnight. Aftermarkets usually have very weak output even if you mod them, and you would lose the side to side AFS movements, and some of them have the same condensation issues. I have yet to hear any good long term aftermarket headlight solutions.

IMHO, if it isn't LED, it's a total waste of time. The LED headlights on the GS F are so much better than the IS F's lighting it isn't even funny. If I were taking on a project, it would be retrofitting the GS's LED system into an IS F compatible shell.

If you ever embark on that project, count me in to help. That is certainly something I'd like to tackle at some point is better lighting.

I check now and then to see if anyone on hidplanet or something has retro'd any of those or RCF LEDs into any headlights.

he’s asking for recommendations, not what you can google.
I have no info about these lights other than from reading on here. I’ve read those cheap eBay lights are exactly that. Poor output poor design, poor fitment.
Dude if these were great then everybody would buy them at 350 a pop rather than used ones that still sell for 1200.

where have you "read that". I have these lights and love them. Match them up with HID and looks incredible. In fact many people run them. Go ahead and keep "reading" lol
