That really sucks. I'm pretty sure a local Lexus dealer only did just that. Screws somewhere around 80k. At 100k, my original radiator cracked, leaked etc .. looked almost like that picture by the OP. Had to replace the whole thing, radiator came with new reservoir tank. Sorry to hijack OP.
