Default New tires kick ***

So I picked up some new tires for the F yesterday that are so much bettter than the stock. Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. I went with 275/30/19 in rear and 235/19/40 in the front. All I can say is WoW, what a difference. The stick Awesome in the corners and even give a smoothier overall ride. I highly recommend them!!!

Nice! You running on stock rims? What was the reason you didnt go for the popular 245's on the front?

ya know, I've seen guys going wider. I just dropped it off to my cousin who manages a Town Fair Tire and said go as wide as you can without any headaches and these are what he went with. I'm totally happy with them though, and for another $108 I got the 3 year pro rated road hazard ins!!!

Congrats!

I would have have gone with the 255/30/19 in the front... should have fit perfectly on your 2012 wheels.

No head aches at all with that sizing in the front on those wheels.

Yeah 255/275 would be nice, less understeer than stock set up

Yep and that fact that 255/30/19 are an identical 26" OD as the stock setup........ great tires and the best tires out IMO

I've got the 2008 wheels on mine here in the UK. Really torn on what sizes to run on them

245/35/19 front
275/30/19 rear
that's the most agreed upon upside for the 2008 wheel.

That's the sizes I have been thinking. Does it through the Speedo out by much? Also is the ride better on stock suspension?

Speedo should be the same because the overall diameter of the tire is nearly the same. I'm on stock suspension and I honestly couldn't tell that much of a difference (in terms of comfort) when I upsized my tires.

Both are very good tires. I had the PS2 before going to the PS4S and can say that both were excellent tires. Can't go wrong with either one.....
