Will certainly update once the brake job is done. The calipers themselves seem to be in good shape. Very little paint chipping near the pad pins. Gas mileage is irrelevant! I'm used to low gas mileage driving my 540i and 997S. Cleaning the MAF is a good idea and will do that next maintenance. Can't wait to get the car refreshed with headlights and front bumper repairs! The rest of the body should clean up nicely with a thorough wash, clay, and polish!
MAF sensor was just replaced at 317274 miles according to the records.

No mods, it was a direct plug and play. Only difference is that you'll need to get the proper HID kit for the aftermarket headlights (low beam is H7). If you get the two items that I linked, it'll work together.
The LED DRL does need to be wired up to an ACC connection, they do not light up with just the factory harness.

Question how does the lights handle drl? Do they still work? Oem uses low wattage high beam right? Does this do the same?
I think everyone knows about Toyota reliability. I don't really consider this particular case to be terribly awe inspiring as it is a one owner car that was probably mostly highway driven. This is supported by the fact that is has averaged over 35K per year and the interior and seats are in relatively good condition. Not taking anything away from Toyota or the 2UR-GSE but most V8's can put up this kind of mileage when mostly highway driven. Now a car that is city driven for 15-20 years or beaten up at the track and still racks up 300-400K is far more impressive to me. Nevertheless I would not be surprised to see most of the city driven ISF's hitting these mileage figures in due course. They are indeed well built cars. It is the interior and cosmetic details that I find the most disconcerting about these cars. Case in point, I have barely 30K on my 2012 and I find the seats to be wearing at a far greater rate than my 1998 GS seats when they were only 10 years old with three times the mileage.
You really have to keep these seats moisturized and conditioned. And the interior as far as rattles are a joke....it doesn't wear bad per say...but the, I am trying to think of the right word to describe what I am thinking of, anyhow...my older twice the mileage Rav4 beat to hell doesn't have as many squeaks and rattles...I push the climate button and it sound like I am pushing on a poorly put together model airplane panel....
Then I must have had the two worst ISF's ever built because both of mine had and have....this being the same thing as an IS350 and 250 I am not the only one who has had this issue as stated above
I got new 18x9.5” wheel setup over the summer. Put on over 20k miles so far with no mechanical issues. Just usual maintenance with brake pads, rotors, and fluid changes. I did replace the stock suspension with Tein flex-Z coil overs as the front OEM shocks developed a small leak.
@rtan Sorry if this has been gone over previously in the thread, but what is your city/highway ratio? Your F continues to give me confidence. I'm at 147K right now.

I would say it’s about 70-80% highway. I haven’t driven it much last two years due to being able to work from home since Covid. My commute was about 50mi round trip.
