What makes the Lexus IS-F so special? VLOG

Great historical perspective to usher in the F performance line. Almost a decade later since its inception, there are still misconceptions about this car, and to me, that's what makes it special. It essentially is the anti-Lexus from a reputation perspective. Yes, there are creature comforts, luxury, and convenience features we all would like in a car (despite newer cars being more technologically advanced). But the car is raw- unrefined to a degree. We've seen the ads...."Street legal-ish"...."So worth the ticket"...that cannot be said about any of the other Lexus models, and quite frankly it added a nice flair to the brand. Not a lot of people really know about it to this day. Forget horsepower or prestige for the time being. Lexus is forging its performance line and its willingness to improve upon its own creation year after year shows how great this first F vehicle really is. For the small group that we are, this is a very exclusive one at that and we appreciate what we have, both stock and modified.
