All 2012 owners can agree to disagree with you on the wheels, most want the 2012 wheels and ppl ask to trade with cash on top . The design is what represents the true bbs wheel designs.

Back in 08 when the isf first came out I was going to trade my nsx and g35 in at the time for one but we didn't need a four door at the time and now I finally get to scratch my itch.
I wouldn't lower the car I have swift springs and the oem setup rides much nicer. Although lowering makes it look nicer so it's a trade off

From what I could see based on my pre-purchase researches, the bushings should be upgraded to either FIG or RR Racing to get that desired steer response feedback, so that's a no brainer for me. As for the ECU and rack, I felt that the overall impression was not too different from a 2015 M4 I test drove (aside from the bump steering), so I also didn't let that stand.

2012 is a better buy if you have the funds, of course.
You'd need to upgrade all the updated bushings, not just the LCA ones. This is why I say that the 2011 is the bargain to get. It's cheaper than a 2012 and it has all the major revisions besides the wheels.

I have a 2011 and even though I have after market coilovers, bushings, wheels, body and engine mods etc, I still think the 2011 is the one to get because so much more was updated from the factory.

^^^ thanks for all the advice

Does anyone know about this car. It's the perfect color and price for me, if only it was closer to California.

Agreed, either that or get coilovers.

I've noticed that there hasn't been a lot of 2011-2014 for sale via private party on the Pacific coast lately. A lot of isf are being bought at auctions and sold through dealerships.

Is this because selling a private party isf is too much of a hassle or people just holding on to them right.

If anyone has a 2012 nebula or USB for sale please pm me.

PP can be very difficult. The newer the vehicle the more likely it hasn't been paid off, this introduces the third party bank that holds the title. Even after you pay off the loan you may not get the title for a while up to a few months. In my case I paid off the loan, and then flew back empty handed, had the vehicle shipped. Even after it arrived I couldn't drive it because I didn't have the title for about a week.

Have you driven an 08? Has your wife been in one? This is probably the worst baby and wife car you could get. Way too bumpy especially on Ca roads. My wife hates riding in my 08 in Ca.

A lot of people end up trading in, I am guessing because its not easy to get PP sale loan

Never driven an 08 but she's driving her 2012 around and loves it. We drove around today with the baby in the back and there were no complaints about the ride quality. I was going to lower it on swift springs but have decided to keep it stock and not mess up what's already really good.
