Rough Trade-In (+/-) = usually auction price
Avg Trade-in to Clean Trade-in = dealer or private sale
Clean Retail = usually top dollar that dealers want (overpriced)
* Modded might be less

Why do you only give the exterior a 7.5/10?
Car looks fairly clean and has tasteful mods. Don't sell yourself short. You have fairly low miles for an 08. Guess your starting price depends on how fast you want to or need to sell it.

it has pretty heavy rock chips on the bumper and lower portion of the hood,small dent from glass cleaner can being dropped on left fender,bottom of bumper is slightly cracked, and rear bumper has some small scratch marks. Overall it is clean but it's not exactly perfect! I'm thinking of asking $25000. Do you think that's fair?

I would get the car detailed, take some good quality photos and throw it up on AutoTrader. Let it sit for 2-3 weeks and see where it lands you.
If you have a good body shop that can take the bumpers off and re-spray them and it's cost effective, do it, if not, leave it alone.

Doesn't matter what we think. Only the person writing the check for the car matters. Ask what you want. Negotiate for what you will accept. These cars are not fast movers no matter what anyone here wants to believe. Many have sat on a for sale list for months, and many sat on showroom floors for many months before being sold at a discount. Just reality. Yes, it's rare. Yes, there are buyers. No, the buyers are not paying big dollars for these cars, and your asking price needs to be your "ideal" selling price because it won't matter what you ask, buyers will offer less right out of the gate.
Kolyan, hate to tell you, but I sleep GREAT at night already....My F could be worth $1,000, wouldn't change the way I sleep. I love the car and the value doesn't matter because I don't plan to sell it within the next 10-15 years so I'm good.
We all see your pattern...Easy to see if you look thru your post. 95% of your post have something to deal with why the F is over priced, it's not worth what they are selling for, they always sit, BMWs are better, etc etc. How many other forums do you go to(of cars you don't own) to try to drive down prices?!?

All 100% true^^^. Hell, someone may think it's worth $30k plus to them and would buy it! Just list it for fair market value, maybe a grand or 2 more, and negotiate down if need be.

All I did was give a person an advise based on NADA book and based on my own selling and buying experience in past 10-15 years...I don't know what's your fcking issue....

i really like the headlights. Where did you get them from? I paid 32k for an 08 with 68k miles 2 years ago. It's not recent, but as long as it's a fair price you will sell it. If you need it gone quick, put a reasonable price on it. Enjoy driving it for the last few times before it's gone.
