either way by now the shocks need to be replaced if they haven't been already. I would recommend HKS Hipermax GT IV coil-overs. they've been tuned with ride comfort in mind and the reviews are great. and as a plus, they have rubber upper mounts.

I'm leaning toward Swift springs, but pictures of zmcgovern4's car do make the Teins a little tempting as well. From a performance standpoint, I'm unsure how Teins spring rates will do. Swift, I know, has relatively stiff rates that won't degrade performance. Are the Teins too soft (e.g. would they be a step back from the stock setup?)

I'd say Swift is a better choice. To be honest, Swift is x100 more popular than the Tein too..

Twins are going to be the softest but the handling will not be there . I'm glad in az with these smooth roads but even then I can tell this car rides like **** lol.! I got used to it but my wife will make comments every time she rides in the car

Another thumbs up for the HKS Hipermax GT IV. Swapped out my 2012 stock setup and rides better over bumps and rolls less during cornering. Very euro feel.

I just drove from California to Dallas in a 2012. It is night and day better than my '08 for ride comfort. Still a sport sedan, but they really fixed the excessive high speed damping from the earlier models in 2012.

is it just me or does it seem like any coilover's are just better than the 2008-2010 suspensions?

They bolt in, completely pre-assembled.

I got a 2010 ISF and got KWv3 Coilovers. HUGE difference. Stock suspension rode like a damn civic. So glad I made the move on these coils. Worth every penny. Now it rides like a 40k car.

I agree, the ride was great but my ears are still ringing.
