Default Wheel Question

Hey guys I did a quick search but couldn't seem to find anything. Anyway would a front right wheel work on the front left side of the F without any problems? I know they have different part numbers I just can't seem to find a left wheel. Thanks in advance

Yes it will fit, but if it is from a 08-09, the wheel "blades" will not match the rear wheels so it might look off.

As indicated above, yes it will work (US - 08/09) but differences in the blades are depicted below.
