Default rrracing Titanium Intake, is this normal?

So I received my RR Racing Titanium intake today and was just wondering if these blemishes are normal?

Hi... those are not really blemishes. Fingerprints and dirt can leave traces like that. To clean it and keep it from getting marked just use pure car wax. Wipe it on and buff it. You need to use wax without any abrasives or swirl removers. The abrasives will remove the color tint effect.
