Default What disc to choose (ordering wheels)

I saw some guys on here running 3 piece wheels. I'm between Work VS-XX and SSR Professor SP1. I'd be in for CR 2 piece, but together with the concave, there won't be much lip left.
What disc types do you recommend for front and rear? Want to run as much dish as possible.
Maybe you got some caliper clearance pics too.

I know work has a different disk on the wheels but I on my SSR I did the following MD disk front and NR rear. If I recall in the front I could have dropped down to a lower disk in front but they recommended a 3mm spacer to provide extra clearance.

5x114.3 19x9.5+35 5/114.3 MD [67mm lip] front and 19x10.5+43 5/114.3 NR [79mm lip] Rear.
