Looking into this 2013 IS F
When I purchased my IS F out of state, I just told them to incorporate the taxes into the sales price based on my zip code which they did. DMV said if you pay out of state sales tax then you just pay the difference, if any, when you register it here in California. However, the registration is seperate because the dealer told me they can't pay for registration in another state. Therefore, I would have to pay the registration fees of the car when I register it here in California. Luckily for me the dealer is contracted with a 3rd party company that will take care of all DMV paperwork for me so that I don't have to go and wait in a long line to do it myself.
