I'd put the jack under the hub and line the roller up so there is pressure between the fender and roller.

Actually I think it did, because ISFPOWER noticed that the length of my roller arm is longer than the one pictured in the ISF fender rolling video. I called Eastwood and I likely have an older version that the roller arm is considerably longer than what is pictured in the vid.

Looks like in the pics #11 you posted show that the roller arm is too vertically. You can adjust the arm a bit lower like in these clips not too vertical.

I was just showing the overall length. Once I adjusted the wheel outwards I only had enough clearance to pull the fender and there was no upward pressure to roll the lip upwards. I am hoping to get my hands on the newer version this weekend that Eastwood says is considerably shorter than what I have.

Did you notice the hub adapter that the guy is using in the Subaru video. He first shows the standard hub adapter, but once he cuts to the roller bolted to the hub it is using a home made adapter. The roller arm actually starts beneath the hub and stretches over the hub for extra clearance on lowered cars.

So I fixed the issue. I had the roller arm cut down and a new nut welded in. It made life easy. I removed the factory seam sealer and rolled the lip under. Today I applied new seam sealer and added spacers.

Interesting. Where can you buy a replacement seam sealer? Didn't know that existed. Thanks
