I'm from Canada, paying 42$/month full coverage, I'm 32

My registration for the car is around 400$/year because there is body insurance, public transportation and large displacement motor taxes. I guess yours are cheaper than this.

My '04 Subaru WRX wagon was $110 / month and '13 STI was $150 / month. Can't believe how cheap the F is, maybe better safety ratings or my insurance views the IS chassis not the model? Either way, I'm happy.
I'm gonna have to give these guys a call. I'm 28 with only one moving violation (at 17), nothing since, and wawanesa was quoting me a ridiculous amount per month.

You (or your parents, spouse, maybe other close family) need to be active or retired military to bank or insure with USAA. I wish you luck! If you can get them, the customer service and rates are outstanding.

Past: 50 yr old with a high school junior/teenager, three vehicles, zero driving points/infractions, never been in any type of accident and a $500 deductible equated to $2600 per year. The F was $820/year which I felt was outstanding at the time.

Fast-forward two years: One speeding ticket for me (not super-speeder) but pretty damn close, my now in college son who totaled his Tacoma in Atlanta's great ice storm and my premium jumped to $5,700! I was with Travelers, whom I also have my homeowners with (gives 10% discount on auto) and I have been a loyal customer for 20 years without a ticket and as stated, never a claim.

I called around and got the great quote, sorry we misquoted you thing too like several here and I ended up selecting Geico for $4,600 as the best/lowest cost option.

It would have been a little more enjoyable with a kiss and a shot of cortisone because even after two years; it still hurts a certain area of my anatomy when I sit down if you know what I mean...

I was paying $300+ a month just with the ISF. After an accident went away from my record, the rate drop to $200 and something

Dang. Why are insurance rates so fluctuate-y
I know this sounds super newbish but I can't believe how much rates can soar depending on location. Crazy!
I'm going to keep an eye on this thread as I'm planning out a purchase for my very own IS-F

You can also be guard or reserve and be with usaa. Ask me how I know lol nothing but great things to say about that company, their Roadside assistance through ageron on the other hand I am less than thrilled with.

Insurance rates flux based on so many factors its impossible to list them all, but the biggest two are the location the car is driven at mainly and the person behind the wheel. Here in the Bay Area/ Valley insurance rates are insane. why because people cant ****ing drive and we have a million accidents a day. When i was stationed in a small hick town in texas/Oklahoma where we had 1 street light it was cheap as hell.

I'm a life insurance agent in California as my side job and its the same with life insurance. No two people will ever pay the same price in insurance. Too many variables. location, age, health, amount covered, family history.. ****s crazy..
