Yes they did. Dealership markups on sports/luxury cars are ridiculous. And these cars are harder to sell especially at a Kia dealership. But that 2008 red one with 72k on it is reering it's head as well and that is up for $24900. Now which is the better deal?

And 2012 has all of the revisions to it that the other years didn't. I was looking at some 2012's but a bit out of my reach right now.

oh wow I thought this car was gone. I was looking at it when i was starting my search in Sept and exchanged a few emails with the sales guy. They weren't budging from 36K back in Sept. So it seems you might be getting some wiggle room. I think anything around 30-32 is reasonable. Good luck and let us know what happens.

Those wheels (neiman Marcus) were available in Canada even after 2010 models. Dealers gave the option of which rims you wanted. The polished look on them is really nice.

Not sure but next time you should be more discreet with the pricing and car if possible until you snag it up now you have ballpark on what pricing/model to look for...

It looks like a great car!

There will still be another one though.

I swear I didn't see this thread until 2 minutes ago! I bought this car from the Kia dealership in Ohio yesterday. I've been looking at it for about 3-4 weeks or so and they lowered the price to 31000 and I had to make the trip there and look at it.

It is a very nice car. I've never driven an ISF before it sure is a treat!

Interesting about this only being 1 of 50 built. I'll have to search for that number in the consol and see what I come up with. I'm new here and just registered, so I'm sure I'll have lots of questions!

Nice find! I too had never driven an IS-F until I made the 12 hr trip to buy mine! I knew if it was anything like my 5 SP is300, I'd def love it! Turns out it's lightt years ahead of/better than my is300 so def all smiles!
OP, just do your research and buy the perfect car for you. I waited almost a year and a half to find my perfect F. I had it set in stone that I wanted a Starfire Pearl (white) with red interior, 2012 or 2013, with less than 30k miles, zero accidents, perfect condition inside and out, and between $40k and $46k. If it wasn't in my criteria, I didn't want it! Took a while to find but I'm more than happy with my decision and I feel you'll be the same.
Also, try to find a 2011+ for the updated headlights. They def give the car a mean, sexy, more up to date look than the 08-'10s.
And yea, gotta be a lil more descret about a rare car like this when you have hundreds, maybe thousands looking for them!! Good luck

V.

I don't think I have that special edition. I have the black/white seats with blue stitching and there is no "F" logo on the headrest. This car did come from Canada, so that is probably why the wheels are different. And of coarse there is no badge on the console.

The wheels are the same except for the finish. On the US wheels the entire spoke is the Lexus grey color. On the NM and Canadian wheel the raised portion of the spoke is polished while the rest of the wheel is the same grey color as the US wheel.

Yes it is only special edition if you have white stitching.

Still got an awesome car.

Enjoy it and get your card out for frequent gas stops

Oh yes there will be. I just liked the wheels a lot and the white leather. And hate the suede on the 2011's and up. Same crap as in my IS300. But there are a couple of 2011's and up that are in the same wheelhouse. I also am looking other places. I am not giving out my secrets anymore lol. I appreciate you guys telling me to be more discrete. I really never thought of it that way that I could be tipping someone off to a great deal they hadn't seen yet. So to be discrete I am looking at an 11 for $32 same amount of miles but not the wheels or the white leather. I plan on buying cash though if possible.
