Anyone eyeing on the new Alfa Romeo Giulia as an ISF replacement?
Just wondering if anyone is finding the new Alfa Romeo Giulia exciting ??
Anyone would find it as a nice ISF replacement? You can really see some visual similarities :-)))
It's definetly striking ...... plus 505HP, 0-60 3.8 sec, near 50/50 weight distribution.
As a regular watcher of TopGear, the ALFA ROMEO reliability is always the joke in every episode.

You have to admit that the styling and performance is remarkably similar to the IS F though. I thought it was an IS F the first time I saw it in a magazine.

How much?
1. Engine start/stop button is located on the steering wheel..........what if someone pushed it by mistake? Not a really wise design....
2. Tach should be in the middle........
Who owns Alfa now? Who built the engine?
Price of the car?

visually more similar to 3-series than ISF IMO
as many have said, likely drawback is reliability.

Ferrari has the start button on their steering wheels since the F430 that I can recall. So thats almost 10 years now.

Not a fan of the front end. Like ours a ton more.
Once again they have had issues for years with maintenance. Reliable is main reason I drive a lexus (well certain ones).
I will pass.

Lexus Fanatic
car drama stresses me the hell out. I dont need any more in my life. I remind myself of this anytime I think about buying a Z28, ZL1, or GT500.

I am sure that will be an awesome car while it lasts...
but generally speaking italian (fiat, maserati, ferrari, alfa) reliability is worse than German and possibly the same level as the British
that alone is a different class from the IS-F
