2014 IS F leaking inside (front passenger)
Looking for feedback... I have a 2014 IS F under lease with a Lexus dealer. I have had this car at the dealer over 7 times to show this leak. Several times they have taken the front panel under the passenger side dash off and seen standing water. I have showed video to the dealer of this car leaking while Im driving. The Service Department at the dealer keeps telling me that even though they have seen it leak if they cannot reproduce it then warranty will not allow them to fix it. I have called and opened a case with Lexus on this and they basically told me they are closing the case because they cannot reproduce the leak. Just wondering if anyone out there has had an issue like this?

A/C leaking?
Go to the parts department and try to get a printed diagram of whatever is under the dash. This may be a good step in the right direction so you can figure out where it may be leaking from.
2. Find a good mechanic who knows Toyota/Lexus, most dealerships don't know jack.

Just curious do you get a dripping sound when driving in the rain? I get this and every time i check every inch of the cabin but can't find water, maybe we have the same issue and are finding it different ways. I have an 08 not a '14 but the panel is probably the same.

This happens when it rains. At first I did think it was the AC. They ruled that out. I have not checked door panels only in the panel under passenger dash. I actually just picked my car back up from the dealer today. I was reading over the service notes and they did not list that when they removed the panel there was standing water. I asked them to please add to the service ticket and they refused. The dealer would not even give me the name of the Tech that has been working on my car! I have no choice but to go through Arbitration on this one. I have video of it leaking and have provided this for the dealer. Im very frustrated on this whole issue with my Lexus dealer. This is my dream car but I will not repurchase a Lexus again.
