i have a Canadian IS-F that i need to put an american cluster into it. I need to know if i can swap a older cluster into my 2010 IS-F?

The IS F cluster didn't change until 2011. I don't see why not. The only thing that might stop you is the fact that there from different markets. I don't see why Lexus would change the way there built except for changing the reading values on the cluster Kilometers as opposed to Miles Per Hour, along with a few more things.
