Can you remove this diffuser w/o damage to the original bumper and paint?
Yes you can! I've had the Tom's Diffuser and Wald diffuser on my ISF, both installed perfectly and taken off without any sign that it was there.

Is this because you bought a used one? Sorry guys. Never did lips or diffusers before on any car. I apologize about the dumb questions.
Yeah, if you get a used one, you'll probably have to remove the existing weather stripping. Most people just don't install one, but if you can get a new one to cover the gap between the diffuser and the bumper then why not.
ITS ALREADY CAME WITH DOUBLE SIDE TAPE, AND TAPED ON IT, THOSE STRIP ARE FOR YOU TO SLIDE IT ON WHICHEVER COLOR U CHOOSE. ITS HAS THE GROOVE ON THE STRIP FOR YOU CAN SLIDE ON THE EDGE OF THE DIFFUSER WHICH CONNECT TO THE REAR BUMPER.
Anyone have a link to the 3M 1/2 double sided tape

Yup! I got him a brand new installation kit so he could reinstall the whole time. He didn't purchase the diffuser from me but he needed the stripping so I got him taken care of. :P
