Gauge cluster update more blue.

Had a burned out led so sent off to Tanin Auto

you're not exactly what I wanted but since the lower needles are white and blue the color is a little different but still pretty good

Impossible to have all four needles match. Even stock when comparing the white needles on IS250/350 where they are all white they are a different shade.

The method for lighting each set is completely different along with different LED types and quantities.
