Now my question is how safe are these? They're steel so same as OEM but can they be considered as safe as OEM? or not?

I would presume they'd be fine. My only concern is when washing, because it is an open-ended lug nut, that eventually it might be rusted if not properly maintained. But it appears to work with the stock wheels because of the mag seating. I do like the burnt look to them. Show us some pics when they're installed.
