None do. There are a few threads on this site (in the IS 2nd Generation section) with a DIY for doing the wiring.

To have all the sills illuminated would be sick. It's a great little add on detail, since someone will have to run wires to both sets of sills to make sure they illuminate properly. Pricing goes for almost $900 (shipping included) when I inquired a few years back.
