hmmm here's mine. Going to mod it red for the hell of it, since it needs more attention. Need to make my Sony SmartWatch 2 obsolete.

for the ones of you who have white clocks- what year is your car? maybe the 2011+ have white clocks?

if they do, we may be able to source them and replace our green ones with the white ones by simply removing the centre dash console.

I think cars with the piano center dash (2009+) has the green clock where as the grey center dash from the 2008 models have the white clock.

Yes the clock is annoying but forgettable for most of the time until someone points it out. Then it irks so bad all over again I read somewhere that someone disliked the green clock so much that they put electrical tape over it.

To me what seems strange is the centre console lights up in typical 1990s Toyota green but the dash itself is bright white with blue needles. It would seem to me 1 colour would have been more consistent but it is what it is... Have I created another irk by pointing this out?

Haha I was actually thinking about doing that as a joke, but too much effort.

So I'm not the only one. I'm interested if anyone has replace the stereo/navigation or whatever to get rid of this thing. To me it looks straight out of Marty McFly's Toyota truck.

I noticed the two small holes, presumably to pull out the unit. Wonder if I should make up a quick 3D printed part and just cover up the clock and remove the holes for the hour/minute buttons.
