Doesn't look the it fits the IS-F. The housing for the Prius is the same part number as the IS250/350, so it should fit those models.

Meh. That kit is way overpriced. I decided to plop the money on some Ford fusion fog lights, then retrofitting them into the isf fog light. Halfway done. The output is pretty amazing for 1.75" projectors. Here's a teaser pic:

Overpriced depends entirely on what your time is worth. Retrofitting anything is a labor of love, and when something happens to your installation (hit a curb, road debris, accident), you're back to square one with another retrofitting project. Plug and play is hard to beat - unfortunately, these fogs are not plug and play, but there are Toyota LED fogs that do fit and are plug and play. It would not be worth my time to save even $200 on the lights if I had to fabricate the installation myself when I can just buy an OEM LED unit, plug it in, and go.

I see what you mean. Unfortunately for me, I wanted to maximize the lighting I can get, and the oem led kit didn't seem like a candidate (unless it housed leds from the LS or BMW or Audi with the purpose of being headlights).
I wanted to house a xenon kit without blinding people...

all done, everything is sealed up and beams are all aligned. kinda sucks that the fogs seem better than the low beams...
waiting for my 3000k H11 bulbs to ship from retrofit source. i'll pair those up with the OEM 4300k low beams I have laying around.
until then, these are 5000k low beams and 6000k h11 fogs:

The projectors run at $150 total for a pair at a Ford dealer. You can probably get them cheaper in amazon/ebay.
I baked my fog lights to remove the lenses, but in the end it was unnecessary - since I decided to cut off the back end, remove the reflectors, and inserted the projectors that way.
I couldn't swiftly come up with a way to keep the old leveling mechanism or integrate the new one, so I just aimed the projectors and jb welded to whole thing as one piece. Took about 6 hours in the end, but if I had to do it again, it can be done much faster.

you're probably better off with the Morimoto Matchboxes here:

I wanted the Morimoto Minis as well, but they are meant to be housed in a sealed housing. I went with the ford fusion projectors because they are already sealed from the elements (dirt, moisture, etc).
No projector will fit in the fog lights for the IS-F. I just sawed off the back end of the stock fog light housing with my dremel tool, and placed the ford fusion projectors in, then jb welded the whole thing after ensuring it was aimed right.
