So just to clarify - are 'pre-crash' and the radar cruise control feature the same thing? Or does pre-crash refer to an automatic-brake sensor at all times?

If my 08 has radar CC, does that mean it also has the pre-crash feature as well?

Thank you!

I believe so as mine has both. When activated, my car brakes for me when another car comes into the radar beam. There was one occasion when a car changed lanes into mine erratically and radar cruise gave up saying it couldn't compensate/brake in time. Scared the crap out of me and I slammed my brakes on and was fine.

Consequently, I rarely use the system now. Besides, nothing more frustrating than getting caught behind a slow car. Also the braking can be quite sudden causing the cars behind to panic.

Wow really? nothing else is holding it on? I'm surprised it stayed on, given the amount of surface area you are limited with.

I'm guessing you bought the rear badge?

Yeah I'm surprised too. I pretty much decided when I put the badge on that if I lost it that would be fine but over a year now and it's clung on strongly. Mind you I try not to park in dodgy places where someone is likely to try to rip it off.

It's actually the side fender badge and for some reason I recall the price was different for the left and right fender, so I chose the cheaper side obviously.

Sounds good haha,

If you get the chance, can I get a close up shot on your placement? Front and side shot would be great
