Default Wheel offset help

Hey guys, kind of new here and need some help with selecting wheels offsets. I'm looking to pickup a new set of wheels and can't figure out the proper offsets. I've searched and can't seem to find anything definitive. I'm looking at running 255/35/19 in the front and 295/30/19 in the rears. I've seen a number of guys here run 10.5 +55 in the rear, so I know that would work, but I've also seen 11 +52, which seems a lot more aggressive than the 10.5 setup. Granted the 11 setup seemed to be with 20's and I don't know if that makes a difference. So, my question is will 19x11+52 work with the 295 tires, and also 19x9.5+42 or 19x9+35 work with 255 tires in the front. Also, I already have shaved my rears for my current setup and am dropped on BC coilovers.
