With a plate you get a VIN, with a VIN you get a name and location, with a name and location you can track him back to a name on a message board. His post was merely found ironic based on his most recent action.

 

Video --> Plate # and make/model --> dudes full name --> runs a Brazilian jiu-jitsu place --> posts on here "likes Brazilian jiu-jitsu" --> car matches --> caught.
