Steering wheel controls & paddle shifters not working
#16
I had to drive it to Lexus myself in Houston, about 90 miles away. Not a big deal tho since I'm in Houston most of the time on my days off anyways. The service rep did say he could probably arrange something though to get the car back to me, although I'd probably not rather have someone else I don't know drive my car 90 miles...

Yea, service rep said it should all be covered under warranty. Good news for me considering I had planned on paying out of pocket when I took it to Toyota. Not to mention, I've got a 2012 ES350 loaner. It's no IS-F but at least I'll save a little in gas this week.
Overall I've been very pleased with my service experience with Lexus.
