Possible to Change 2008 ISF Grey Navigation Face to the Black 2009+ Face
I was wondering if it was possible to change the 2008 navigation face which is grey to the newer black navigation face. I like the look of the black one much more but ended up picked up a 2008 ISF since it was cheaper
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm trying to change the face of the nav only NOT the entire navigation system

I'm thinking swapping out the 2010+ navigation is going to be very expensive if it is even possible...but my original question was whether or not we could just swap out the face of the nav

Juanca is correct and I personally don't think its worth the trouble. The color is called Piano Black by the way. The piano black vents are available through Think Design Japan = very expensive. They do not sell the center consol cover you guys are referring to. You can probably get it through Sewell?
This is the reason why I got the 09 when I searched. The piano black looks much better.

Keep in mind that there are some differences between the 2 units:
1. The old ML system has a connector for XM Radio if you decide to buy the XM module, the new ML system as Sirius integrated.
2. The old ML system uses the same XM connector for the iPod adapter in case you decide to but it (you can't have XM Radio and iPod at the same time), the new ML system has an integrated USB connector so you can attach iPods, thumb drives, etc.

So who's going to fork out, what is it $7-8k for the unit, just to experiment? Who is this someone?
