Aftermarket ISF wheel thread
Hey guys, Im really hoping this thread will take off and possibly even turn into a sticky at some point. There are so many ISF owners with wheel questions and wheel ideas, this would be a great spot to put pictures of the wheels you are running on your ISF. The ISF modification thread turned out to be a success and hopefully this one does too.
So post pics of your ISF with your aftermarket wheels and post pertinent information including what kind of wheels they are, sizes, offsets, tire sizes, if you have lowered the vehicle and notice rubbing, did you have to roll the fenders, etc... Hopefully we can create one thread for people to easily reference when looking for ISF wheels! Gil |
I really appreciate everyone's advice, especially before I shell out so much money. My last car's wheel fitment was way too aggressive to the point where I didn't even enjoy driving it.
My car is going to have KW V3 coilovers and I'm probably going to pull the trigger on some wheels that are 19" 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the back with a +35 offset. What's the most aggressive tires that I can do without rubbing? |

These have become very popular on the F this year. But I have Vossen CV3, 20x9 with 245/30 and 20x10.5 with 285/25 Falkens. Lowered on KW V3s and rear fenders rolled flat.

Nice shots , i guess Namster did a great job again , Sweet rims Gene :)

^^^Looks good. Your ride got me thinking about the SA67Rs again. I would love to put gunmetal 18x9 +35 and 18x10 +45 SA67Rs on my car with 255/40ZR18 and 285/35ZR18 Michelin PSS tires. I think that combination would only need minor trimming if any. It would be close though. Unsprung weight should go down a bit too.

I know this thread is more for posting pictures than asking questions, but I've got a quick question for those of you with aftermarket wheels.
These sizes and offsets generally seem conservative, but I want to make sure they'll clear the stock IS-F brakes and fit without rubbing: 19x8.5 +29 front 19x9.5 +37 rear I don't want anything that will require me to mod my fenders, run crazy negative camber or use spacers. |
^^^ Yes those would fit fine.
|
lils that looks great

^^^ It wont look weird, it'll just have a stock stance thats all

I don't plan on dropping the car yet. Still running on stock suspension. You think it'd look weird with out a drop?? You're not using any spacers, are you?
