Car looks nice, the natural camber from lowering your car would help with this. - Im on stock 2008 suspension, so depending on your suspension setup it would differ.

Agreed. I’m pretty low, fender is at the tire line, no fender gap.

So 255/35/19 will fit without issues ?
I got some g27's that I plan on installing this summer. Debating on the tire sizes now

I have some relatively wide 255s on a 9.5 at home and I can’t lay the wheel down because it’ll scratch the metal. It has zero lip protection due to the stretch. Just an FYI.

It's not that bad rim protection wise, I got 255 on a 10' now and it seems fine. I'm more worried about the fitment/scraping

I think these pictures line up with what I said. There is Zero lip protection here. I’m not knocking your style, but facts are facts. I also put massive tires on my rims... so take it with a grain of salt if needed.

Yeah that looks too stretched for me. I ran 255/40 on a 18x9.5 and it was just right. Planning on 255/35 and 275/30 on a 19x9.5+45 setup here shortly. I would go with 285/30 in the back, bud sadly the MP4S doesn't come in that size :/ . But still debating on P4S or MPSS in slightly wider 285/30

It's all good I don't really care but no it doesn't scratch the metal of the rim lol
also keep in mind that 255 tire is the minimal requirements on a 10" wheel therefore the stretch is minimal

If you take that wheel off the car and lay it face down on concrete, it’ll be sitting on metal, not the tire that would normally be there to protect it. I know, becuse my 9.5 in wheel does that. The average 255 is slightly narrower than 9 inch tread width. A 10 inch wheel yields a half inch stretch on both sides. I’m not arguing style, just listing blatant facts.

I just picked up an Ultra White 2014 and I'm struggling to pick a fitment. I do know I want 18's.
The Modifications:
Suspension will be KWV3's, Rear will be left as close to stock height as possible with just the front lowered approximately an inch to match the rear. Rears fenders will be rolled but not pulled.
The options I'm struggling with are
Option 1: 18x9 +30 front with 255/40R18, 18x9.5 +40 rear with 275/35R18. This option is less expensive, off the shelf and possibly a little too conservative.
Option 2: 18x9.5 (custom offset) with 255/40R18 front and 18x10.5 (custom offset) with 285/35R18. A little more expensive but the option for custom finishes is nice.
I really like option 2 but having trouble pin pointing the offsets I should have the wheels built at and whether not the 285/35 rear is a good idea. From what I've gathered 9.5 +40 front and 10.5 +45 should be relatively flush and minimal/no rubbing? As a bit of newb to the Lexus world I'm hoping to get some advice from the pros. Thanks in advance.

I like Option 1's rear but unsure about the front. I ran a 18x9.5+38 square setup last year, with a 255/40 275/35. It was great, light, cheap, but maybe a tad bit aggressive for the front. I should have had a 255/35 in front but wanted thicker sidewall. It looked great from front/rear/3/4 angles, but side profile the front tire just seemed thick.

2 years ago I ran 19x10.5+45 with a 275/30 and I felt it was too stretched. I also had rubbing issues and had to roll fenders and still couldn't go too low. Maybe 1-2 fingers between tire/wheel at most. I currently run 19x9.5+45 with a 285/30 and absolutely love the meaty look. The extra tire helps make the rear more flush too, otherwise a 9.5+40 or a 10.5+50 may be better for the wheel to be flush. But I don't recommend going with less than 285 on a 10.5. I think some have even squeezed in a 305 on a 10.5-11" wide rear.
Pic of my 19" with rear 10.5+45 275/35 up top, with rear 9.5+45 285/30 on bottom:

@LexusfanVA Thanks for the info and quick reply. Your setup was the one that had me thinking about the 255/40 and 275/35. I actually like the look of the sidewall profile on your 18's. The 9" +30 front is 2mm further out than your 9.5 +38's but since that's the off the shelf option there was no way around it. The 9.5's at a +40 won't clear the front calipers from this brand. The company that makes option 2 offers an 18x8.5 as well so I always have the option for a 18x8.5 245/40 front and a 18x9.5 275/35 rear.

Thanks for the kind words! I loved it also, it was really only the front sidewall that I wasn't a huge fan of, just seemed very thick and when parked next to my buddies my front end always looked like a 4x4 lol. I ended up getting the same wheels in 19" and like them much more.

bumping this back up for wheel advice.
the wheels i have were supposed to fit per seller, but no matter what i do the rear rub like crazy even with a roll.
i like the aggressive look but cant stand the quarter panel shredding. also my driver rear sits lower than the passenger for some reason.

id like to keep the same wheel size but with an offset that will fit. i am on kwv3 coils at the heighest setting so not much lower.
currently running
19x9 et25 w/ 245/35/19
19x10 et35 w/ 275/30/19

would bumping the offsets up by 10 fix my issues?

What car did the seller have the wheels on? An ISF or 250/350?
