Question
Hello fellow CL members, I am planning to pull the trigger on a 08 IS-F, but before I do that I was wondering if there is any problems and/or thing that bother you guys. I had a IS350 before and was fairly happy with it. Please comment as I need advice. Thanks

The only complain I got is I cant keep my foot of the gas. The car just sound great. Its a Japanese muscle car. Also the front sit higher than the rear. Thats going to be fixed soon with the KW V3 I have on the way.

I would definitely think twice if I were you. In my experience and what I heard from fellow owners is the IS-F is plagued with all sorts of electrical and mechanical issues that the dealers can't figure out how to fix. The engine never feels up to par and the complicated 8-speed tranny constantly breaks down. I guess Lexus's reputation for the worst reliability in the industry also falls true to this so-called "performance" model as well.
