I threw quite a fit when they denied me warranty on the first side that went. And corporate replaced it. When the other side went in 2 more months they just did it quickly and quietly

^^ With approx. over 10,000 IS-F's sold world wide.. I can't see it being a wide spread problem...
Looks to just pop up (or off) every once in a while on someone's IS-F..
Is Lexus at fault ??
Well they need to go back to the manufacturer of the tips and BEEF UP those spot welds..
Like some strong TIG welding and in more areas to lock them down...
I feel your pain...my solution as Lexus Canada would under no circumstances honor this as a warranted coverage. I had the tips and never lost them, was constantly welding them back on. They absolutely denied any liability for the bad welds.
