Is your stock sub blown? i can send you mine if you want it bro. I will never use it again for anything but a door stop. Might not even be heavy enough for that hahah!!! Its yours if you need it though.

i might toy around with an SQ contest at some point but really i am just doing this for my pleasure. I did sound comps for years and its all about the bragging rights, fun and good times......maybe a trophy. There is not much money to be made in competitions this day and age.

no bass goes in the trunk at all bro so nothing in the back is affected at all. No trunk rattle, no tail light rattle, no license plate buzz. Just super clean and all energy goes forward into the cabin where it belongs.

Oh to answer your question, the two tweeters are as close together as i could possibly put them and placed behind the 3" midrange hole right by the handle. The top (stock) tweeter is disabled.

thanks, i think.

What about it is "fast and furious" looking? Is it the plexi glass with LED's? you do know that can be hidden right? It stays hidden on the daily. You have NOS like i do, so it can't be that. I didn't plaster a bunch of crap all over the body of the car and make it look ricey, so that can't be it. No "cool" splitters, spoilers, diffusers.....none of that crap. I didn't run tons of tire stretch and 10 degree's of camber, so that can't be it. No neons. Just clean, black on black and nothing flashy (unless i want to remove the cover and show the amps off).

sorry bro, i am just trying to figure out what is "F&F" about this ride because i don't see it.

i know its got LED's and a plexi window but this is what it looks like every day......when not being shown.

see, no goofy body kit. Just black on black with a hint of blue (brakes) and that is it. A VERY light coating on the tail lights to mellow out the red. Thats it.

I know everyone has an opinion, whether i like it or not, and i know not everyone here would do this to THEIR car, but "Fast and Furious" this is not.

MAD respect bother! That is on another level, and so tastefully done! Fits the "Lexus" theme perfect. How many dB? You dyno it yet? That is an all around perfect car man.

Who wouldn't like this? IMO it's perfect, you still have trunk space, which is impossible when you have huge subs. Props. Good thing you live in CA, having a car that low in NY wouldn't fly... the roads here are atrocious!
